Candidate Assessment and Personality

Enhance your candidate selection process by incorporating candidate personality assessment. Jung Typology Profiler™ personality assessments will help you select best fit and develop and retain top talent.

It Is Important

The fit between prospective employee and job requirements, management, existing team and organization as a whole, to a large extent defines success and productivity of the new hire and the organization overall.

Moreover, a better understanding of candidate’s personality traits, motivation factors, work behavior, preferred activities, allows managers to establish a higher level of job satisfaction and motivation among the prospective employees as well as a career path.

It Is Simple

It is simple to start using personality assessments as a part of your candidate selection process. The assessment is done online; no paperwork or installation is required. Once you set up an account with us, you will be able to access the online assessment portal. You will invite your respondents from within your portal, by email, to complete the assessments on their own over the Internet. For your and your respondent's convenience, when you invite your candidate, the email is pre-filled with a system-generated unique hyperlink taking your respondent directly to the assessment, so they just need to follow the link, no username/password needed to be shared. If you wish your candidate to fill the questionnaire manually, you can also print the assessment questionnaire, have your respondents fill in their answers and then enter their responses manually into the system from your portal to obtain the report. At any time, you can access the results of assessments (various reports) from your portal. The reports can be viewed, printed or saved in PDF format. Click for free trial.

How an individual behaves in the workplace is greatly influenced by their Personality Type. Behavioral interviewing is a structured interviewing strategy built on the premise that past behaviour is the best predictor of future performance in similar circumstances. The behavioral interview questions help determine how the candidate has utilized his/her natural strengths, worked at developing their lesser-preferred functions and whether they recognize their work and leadership styles.
