  3. Your client completes questionnaire online, usually takes about 20 minutes. The results are immediately available for you to access. You will receive an email notification that the result is ready.
  4. Use the Career Development report as an input to your session and give it to your client as a take away.
  5. You can configure whether your client can access their result online after completing the questionnaire or you can distribute the report during the counseling session.

  2. New! Use the unique 1:1 Personality Compatibility Report to explore personality compatibility between the team members, or between the team members and the leader. The report features the personality compatibility potential indicator.
