Privacy Statement

This Privacy Statement applies to the HRPersonality Web Sites, Content, and/or Services and governs data collection and usage. By using the HRPersonality Web Sites, Content, and/or Services, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Statement.

Definitions

HRPersonality Web Sites: entire web sites at www.hrpersonality.com, business.hrpersonality.com, respondent.hrpersonality.com, and at any subdomains of hrpersonality.com and hrpersonality.net

Humanmetrics, "we", "us", "our": Humanmetrics Inc.

User, "you", "yours": anyone who accesses or uses HRPersonality Web Sites, an/or their Content, Products and/or Services (as defined below)

Respondent(s): any respondent to any questionnaires available via HRPersonality Web Sites or as a part of Content and/or Services

Products: all and any products provided by Humanmetrics via HRPersonality Web Sites, including but not limited to, Jung Typology Profiler for Workplace™ (JTPW™) assessment instrument.

Content: all and any content contained on or generated by HRPersonality Web Sites, including, without limitation, Products, questionnaires, reports, text, graphics, and software.

Services: all and any services provided by Humanmetrics via HRPersonality Web Sites, including, but not limited to, your access to the Content or portions thereof, your HRPersonality assessment administration account and other features.

Collection of Information

Humanmetrics collects personally identifiable information such as your e-mail address, name, contact address or telephone number. Humanmetrics also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your Country, City, ZIP code, gender, preferences, occupation.

There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Humanmetrics. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web Sites addresses. This information is used by Humanmetrics for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and statistical analysis regarding use of the HRPersonality Web Sites, Content, and/or Services.

Humanmetrics collects the information your Respondents provide when they sign into your HRPersonality assessment administration account to complete assessment online, including name and email, to make it possible for you to identify Respondents when you browse the results of their assessment. NOTE: If you wish to use dummy names, emails or codes as respondent identifiers, it is your responsibility to create and provide such dummy names, emails or codes to your Respondents, and instruct your Respondents to input these dummy names or codes instead. Your Respondents may optionally provide gender and age information. This information is used anonymously by the assessment algorithm to improve accuracy of assessment results. Respondents responses and scores of behavioural indices obtained as result of assessment of your Respondents are stored in order to generate reports you purchase and/or request, and made available to you through your HRPersonality account.

Humanmetrics does not collect your credit card information.

Humanmetrics does not collect personal health information.

If you wish to remove your account, your personal information, or your Respondents information, please contact us via the support center.

Use of Personal Information

Humanmetrics collects and uses your and your Respondents' personal information to operate the HRPersonality Web Sites, your HRPersonality account, deliver the services you have purchased and/or requested, and provide customer support to you. Humanmetrics may use your contact information to inform you of other products or services available from Humanmetrics and its affiliates. Humanmetrics may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

Humanmetrics does not sell, rent or lease its customers contact information, or its Respondents' personal information, or results of assessments, to third parties. Humanmetrics may share your contact information with trusted partners to send you email regarding the service you requested, or provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Humanmetrics and its clients.

Names and emails entered by your Respondents, as well as the results of their assessment are only available to you as assessment administrator, from within your HRPersonality account. You can optionally configure your account to enable your Respondents access their own results. If your Respondents optionally submit gender and/or age information, it may be anonymously used by Humanmetrics for research, statistical analysis, improving assessment accuracy and product quality, and is not available to you. The behavioural indices obtained as result of assessment of your Respondents may be anonymously used by Humanmetrics for research, statistical analysis and improving the products. The behavioural indices are available to you through reports you generate within your account.

Humanmetrics keeps track of the Web sites and pages our customers visit within HRPersonality portal, in order to determine what HRPersonality services are the most demanded. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within HRPersonality to customers whose behaviour indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Humanmetrics will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Humanmetrics or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Humanmetrics; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Humanmetrics.

Use of Cookies

The HRPersonality Web Sites use "cookies" to help you personalize your online experience and provide certain features. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the web server that you have returned to a specific page, or have been authenticated. For example, if you personalize hrpersonality.com pages, or register with HRPersonality Web Sites or Services, a cookie helps Humanmetrics to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies via your browser. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you will not be able to use certain features and fully experience the interactive features of the HRPersonality Web Sites.

Security of Personal Information

Humanmetrics takes steps to secure personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Humanmetrics keeps the personally identifiable information you provide on computers in a controlled environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Online payments are accepted via PayPal and protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Changes to this Privacy Statement

Humanmetrics will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback. Humanmetrics encourages you to periodically review this Privacy Statement.
