As our customer, you will access your own portal where you can set up assessment batteries, send invitations to your respondents to complete the online assessments on their own. You will access the results of assessments online from your portal.
Setting up the Assessments
Using your portal, you will be able to create assessment groups by selecting our online instruments you would like to use for assessment. In other words, assessment groups determine which assessments the respondents will do. You can create as many groups as you need. They may be purposed and correspond to e.g. a job position, a customer, a workshop and so on. You may invite respondents to do the assessments on their own, online, and then you can browse the results.
How do the respondents complete the assessments?
You can invite your respondents to complete the online assessments on their own. For your and your respondent convenience, your portal will open a respondent invitation email template that includes a system-generated hyperlink taking your respondent directly to the assessment group you set up. So they just need to follow the link, no username/password is required.
Alternatively, you can share the assessment group URL, name and password.
You can also print the assessment questionnaire, have your respondents fill in their answers and then enter their responses manually into the system from your portal.
Accessing the results
At any time, you can access the results of assessments (various reports) from your portal. The reports can be viewed, printed or saved in PDF format
Pricing
Each report costs you a certain amount of credits. You pre-purchase the credits, and then they are deducted from your account each time you generate a new report. Once report is generated, you can access it and print it freely as many time as you need, no credits are deducted. More credits can be purchased online at any time. We offer discounts based on the number of credits you pre-purchase
