Jung Typology Profiler for Workplace™ (JTPW™)

Jung Typology Profiler for Workplace™ (JTPW™) is an online personality assessment instrument specifically designed for workplace-related purposes such as job candidate assessment, team building, leadership, career development and more. 

JTPW™ determines Jungian Personality Type, measures several additional work-related personal factors and provides accurate, dynamically generated personalized multi-page reports covering such areas as work behavior, preferred activities, decision making, problem solving, creativity, change management, conflict management, communication style, job compatibility.

Simple to Use

It is simple and easy to start using JTPW personality assessments. The assessment is done online; no paperwork, download or installation is required. Once you set up an account with us, you will be able to access the online assessment portal. You will invite your respondents from within your online portal, by email, to complete the assessments on their own over the Internet. For your and your respondent's convenience, when you invite your candidate, the email is pre-filled with a system-generated unique hyperlink taking your respondent directly to the assessment, so they just need to follow the link, no username/password needed to be shared. If you wish your candidate to fill the questionnaire manually, you can also print the assessment questionnaire, have your respondents fill in their answers and then enter their responses manually into the system from your portal to obtain the report. At any time, you can access the results of assessments (various reports) from your portal. Reports and Pricing

Several reports and tools are available. Each report costs you a certain amount of credits. You purchase the credits, and then they are deducted from your account each time you generate a new report. A single assessment report requires 16 credits. The price is based on the number of credits you purchase, and starts with $96 for 96 credits, which gives you access to 6 assessments. If your order is $200 or more, discounts are available.

A 4 pages report, featuring essential facts about work-related aspects of personality, in a friendly format. Includes:

  • The 4-letter Jungian Personality Type

A 7 pages report aimed at specialists familiar with Jung approach to personality and the JTPW™ model for workplace.

  • In addition to the 4 dimensions of the Jungian personality type, it provides 8 dichotomies that explain individual’s behavior at work.
  • Provides in-depth personalized analysis of 12 behavioral dimensions

  Job Compatibility Report

Job Compatibility report provides an easy way to score the respondents and compare their results to the recommended personality types and behavioral index ranges, for the job titles of interest.

Use Job Compatibility report to score against compatibility criteria of near 40 popular occupations and positions. Examples of job titles include but not limited to various sales positions (direct, retail, inside sales), managers (high-, mid-, and low rank), system analysts and more.

According to Carl Jung, people can be classified using four criteria: Extraversion - Introversion, Sensing – Intuition, Thinking - Feeling, and Judging – Perceiving.
