What are Job Compatibility Guidelines?
HRPersonality™ Job Compatibility Guidelines is a repository of job profiles and recommended ranges of JTPW™ behavioral indices and Jungian personality types. HRPersonality customers can benefit from the access to the library of selection criteria for near 40 popular occupation profiles. The criteria refer to the values of behavioral indices and personality types provided in respondent assessment reports. The criteria have been developed and validated by the specialists in application of Jung Typology profiler for Workplace. The selection criteria pertain to respondent’s personality type and important behavior characteristics measured by Jung Typology Profiler for Workplace, only. It does not reflect any job-specific skills and experience. In addition to the popular job profiles, HRPersonality can develop and customize selection criteria to meet specific customer needs.

How it Works
A selection rule describes recommended ranges of important behavioral indices, such as resourcefulness, communication skills, visionary capability and/or other relevant indices, as well as personality types. After completing respondent assessment, you will be able to use Job Compatibility report to compare the results of assessment against the recommended ranges, for the job titles of your interest and obtain compound compatibility index that provides an easy way of relative scoring of the candidates.
How do can I obtain the selection criteria of my interest?
You receive one selection rule of your choice free, with each $96 purchase of assessment credits. You can obtain any number of selection rules of interest by purchasing additional assessment credits, $96 for each additional selection rule.
Will the rules expire and can I use it for multiple respondents?
Once purchased, they can be used with any number of assessments and respondents, and will not expire.
