Personality Assessments Reseller Program

Overview

As an HRPersonality reseller, you can sell JTPW assessments online and receive a commission (a percentage of the sales). To start selling HRPersonality assessments online you must register as a reseller with Humanmetrics Inc. and add a link to the HRPersonality online sales page (or add your own online sales page). Commissions

Option 1. Become a reseller who is responsible for sales, marketing and first level of support: New sale (a new customer signs up) – 35%, recurrent sale (an existing customer purchases additional assessments) – 25%
Option 2. Become a reseller who is responsible for sales and marketing only: New sale (a new customer signs up) – 30%, recurrent sale (an existing customer purchases additional assessments) – 20% The commissions are paid to the reseller on monthly/quarterly basis depending on the number of sales (rare sales – quarterly basis, frequent sales – monthly basis, net 30).

Sales Workflow

Alternatively, a reseller's website includes their own HRPersonality assessments order page. HumanMetrics can host a custom page with the reseller’s logo or provide a sample code if the reseller wants to build and integrate a custom order page into their website. The purchase is made in a local currency to HumanMetrics: PayPal is used for credit card processing. Alternatively, a check can be mailed to HumanMetrics account receivable address. Upon receiving a payment confirmation from PayPal, an account is created, the customer is emailed with account/login information and the reseller’s administrator receives a notification. HumanMetrics tracks all payments originated from the reseller.
The commissions are paid to the reseller on monthly/quarterly basis based on sales (rare sales – quarterly basis, frequent sales – monthly basis, net 30 term).

Marketing

A reseller is responsible for marketing JTPW to their markets.

HumanMetrics HRPersonality marketing materials and value-add resources are available to resellers (such as online content, flyers, books, brochures).

A reseller may create additional marketing materials as deemed necessary at own expense, to promote the product and to facilitate sale and support. HumanMetrics is not responsible for any costs and assumes no liabilities.

A reseller may use a special account to provide assessments to potential customers for evaluation purposes. HumanMetrics will allocate evaluation assessments free of charge (subject to HumanMetrics approval of the quality of leads).

Customer Support

HumanMetrics is responsible for

2nd tier of technical support (fixing system defects)
System availability and performance
Introducing new features
Optionally, 1st tier of support

Depending on the type of agreement, a reseller may choose to be responsible for the first level of support:

Answering calls and responding to emails
Answering questions regarding making payments, using the system, pointing to existing resources and explaining basic concepts
Identifying requests for special assistance and directing them to the local or HumanMetrics consultants, as agreed

Integration

A reseller must include a link to an assessments order page where puchase can be made, on hrpersonality.com with the reseller’s branding/logo
Alternatively, a reseller can add a web page to their website(either provided by HM or created by the reseller) using any web development technology (e.g. ASP.NET, Java or PHP).
The page is used to initiate an online purchase via Paypal. The reseller may include links to HumanMetrics pages or re-use materials from HumanMetrics website.
